It is the policy of AÉK Building and Civil Engineering Construction Company to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all of its employees; therefore, AÉK Building and Civil Engineering Construction Company has a mind focus on health, safety, and environmental matters which are not compromised in any way of our endeavour.
We believe every accident and every injury is avoidable; therefore, we take every reasonable step to reduce the possibility of injury, illness, or accident on the construction site. We operate the strictest safety standards systematically and visibly.
We have stringent health, safety, and environmental control systems that have been implemented and monitored by both junior and senior project managers. The Board of Directors' duties are to ensure enforcement of health and safety policies and follow compliance with the code of conduct bureau incorporated in our management system plan.
As part of our effort to manage our employees' occupational health and safety, a comprehensive first aid office is established on all project sites that are adequately equipped with modern facilities and controlled by medical practitioners.
Also, detailed health and safety policy plans are prepared at the beginning of any construction project in which possible occupational hazards are noted and kept on the organisation's early warning system chart. Work involving risk hazards is duly pronounced and started with the potential risk being challenged by checking the construction methodology to be adopted.
